We definitely love this one as its versatile and will look good on weddings as well as festive occasions

This one hands down will be the most talked about ethnic look of the year gone bu. Anushka Sharma's stunning bridal lehenga by Sabyasachi and her traditional jewellery is Bridal wear goals. The subtle choice of dolor highlighted her peaches and cream complexion perfectly as she tied the knot with heartthrob and Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli in December last year. No wonder Virat couldn't take his eyes off his gorgeous bride.

Sagarika Ghatge flaunted this ethnic  look from her wedding celebrations with a gorgeous grey and silver lehenga by Falguni and Shane Peacock. To add some color, she teamed it with ruby red and diamond jewellery, which provided a cool contrast to the dull grey.

Our queen 'Padmavati'  looked absolutely smashing  in a custom-made Sabyasachi outfit. Her modern saree look, with an embellished high waist mermaid skirt, a plunging neckline blouse and a black drape across her torso to mimic a pallu worked wonders and inspired many to try this style at the wedding functions. She completed the look  with a skinny belt, Sabyasachi earrings, smokey eyes and hair worn in a ponytail.

Jacqueline looked red hot as she dressed up to attend  Sonam Kapoor's Diwali bash last year. She chose  a lace embellished saree by Dubai based designer Faraz Manan, and paired it with a matching embroidered halter neck blouse. The styling was minimal as she let the color be the hero. She accessorized her look with dainty earrings, a glossy lip and side-swept voluminous curls.

This young lassy made a bold and impressive statement in her Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla attire while attending a couture event in the capital in the latter half of 2017. She wore a fuchsia embroidered lehenga and paired with a sheer sequined blouse. She kept the look fresh and youthful with Simple hair and  glossy lips.

Sonakshi has been making fashion news for all the right reasons recently. Her Indian looks are definitely highlighted even more in ethnic attire. A recent head turner was this lace-up neck embroidered top, a floral printed lehenga and a matching cape dupatta by Arpita Mehta.  She rounded her look out with tassel earrings and a cocktail ring. She kept the makeup minimal with pale pink lips and centre-parted low ponytail.

Sonam Kapoor is someone who always knows how to make the right style moves. She turned the festive glam on in a white and silver Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla saree. The embroidered saree was teamed with a sequined and pearl embellished high neck blouse with bare shoulder detail. The look was styled with dainty earrings and a maang teeka. Muted makeup and hair tied up in a bun rounded her look out.

Yesteryear's star Sridevi's daughter Jhanvi, who is soon going to make her Bollywood debut is Manish Malhotra's latest muse as she is seen gracefully flaunting his amazing ethnic creations on a lot of occasions. The mother daughter duo's fairytale looks will remain an ethnic highlight of the year 2017 for a long long time ahead.
